Seller Agreements
1. This puppy/dog is registrable with the ( ) AKC, ( ) UKC, or ( ) APRI.
2. This puppy’s registration has ( ) full rights ( ) limited rights.
3. This puppy will ONLY be replaced with a puppy of equal quality if the seller is provided all corresponding paperwork to the puppy AND is provided a veterinary certificate that indicates the puppy suffers from an inherited or congenital, debilitating, and incurable chronic condition within one year after delivery to the buyer. This does NOT include conditions that are known to the buyer before purchasing, which may be listed below:

4. Seller will not reimburse veterinary or transport costs under any conditions.
5. This puppy is healthy at time of delivery, has had standard immunizations for their age, and has seen a vet within 7 days before delivery. All corresponding paperwork, vaccination records, and health certificate will be provided upon puppy delivery. The seller does not guarantee the size, colour, breeding ability, show ability, or otherwise ability of this puppy.
6. If at any time the buyer is unable to keep or care for this puppy, then they and all corresponding paperwork MUST be returned to the seller. This puppy may not be rehomed, sold, or given away without the seller’s permission beforehand.
7. This puppy may NEVER be intentionally put in a position in which they may end up in an animal shelter, animal rescue, or with an animal rights or advocacy group. If this puppy is put in such a position, then the puppy is to be returned to the seller at the buyer’s expense, without compensation, and the seller will never sell a puppy to the buyer again.

Buyer Agreements
1. The buyer agrees that if at any time and for any reason they are unable to keep or properly care for this puppy, then it shall be returned to the seller at the buyer’s expense. All corresponding paperwork must also be returned to the seller.
2. The buyer agrees to never intentionally place this puppy in a situation in which it is possible for them to end up in an animal shelter, animal rescue, or with an animal rights or advocacy group.
3. The buyer agrees to maintain this puppy’s health by providing yearly vaccinations and basic necessities such as feeding, watering, grooming, and exercising.
4. The buyer agrees to not sterilize, spay, or neuter this puppy before the age of 12 months unless deemed medically or behaviourally necessary by a vet.
5. The buyer agrees to prevent any accidental or inadequately planned litters from being born to this puppy.
6. Should this puppy become ill or unsound while under the care of the buyer, then all costs of treatment will be the full responsibility of the buyer.

Seller Agreements
1. This puppy/dog is registrable with the AKC and either ( ) puppy registration papers or ( ) a registration certificate will be given to the buyer upon delivery, unless otherwise discussed.
2. This puppy’s registration has full breeding rights. This puppy will ( ) or will not ( ) be co-owned by the seller. The seller agrees to cover the cost of AKC registration if the buyer puppy’s registered name begins with “WITP”.
3. This puppy will ONLY be replaced with a puppy of equal quality if the seller is provided all corresponding paperwork to the puppy AND is provided a veterinary certificate that indicates the puppy suffers from an inherited or congenital, debilitating chronic condition within one year after delivery to the buyer. This puppy may be returned to the seller for a partial refund or replacement puppy, at the discretion of the seller, if the seller is provided proof that this puppy is/was diagnosed by a USDA Licensed Veterinarian for Pes Varus, Intervertebral Disc Disease, Bilateral Grade 2 Patellas or higher, Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Copper Toxicosis, or Unilateral or Bilateral Cryptorchidism before the age of 5 years. Unilateral loose Patella and Bilateral Grade 1 Patellas are not covered in this guarantee as they may have been caused by an environmental factor or injury while within the buyer's care. Genetic test results will not qualify as a diagnosis for this guarantee.
4. This puppy is guaranteed to be:
If this guarantee fails or is broken, then a full refund or replacement puppy may be offered, at the discretion of the seller. If this guarantee fails or is broken, then the following replacement or refund will not be given unless/until the seller is provided veterinary proof that this puppy is naturally sterile, free of Brucellosis or other illnesses or injuries that may have caused this puppy to become sterile, AND that this puppy was not being fed a grain-free diet nor a diet containing peas. The only exception to these requirements is if the puppy is found to have unilateral or bilateral cryptorchidism that has not descended by 1 year of age, or if the puppy is found to be intersex.

If this puppy is put in such a position, then the puppy is to be returned to the seller at the buyer’s expense, without compensation, and the seller will never sell a puppy to the buyer again.
9. Should the seller have a qualm, complaint, or otherwise bad experience with the buyer, then the seller agrees to contact the buyer and attempt to resolve the situation before making any public statements that could in any way affect the reputation of the buyer.

Buyer Agreements

5. The buyer agrees to prevent any mix-bred or accidental litters from being born to this puppy. This buyer agrees not to breed this puppy in the event that it is diagnosed by a veterinarian with a condition, illness, or disorder which can affect the health of the offspring. This does not apply to otherwise undesirable traits which can have no health affect on the offspring, such as but not limited to an even bite, kinked tail, or the presence of rear declaws.
6. Should this puppy become ill or unsound while under the care of the buyer, then all costs of treatment will be the full responsibility of the buyer.
7. Should the buyer decide to breed this puppy, they must require a contract to all prospective owners which requires that the offspring may never go to a rescue, shelter, or advocacy group. This includes if this puppy is ever bred by another breeder or handler resulting in viable offspring. Should the buyer decide to breed this puppy, then they agree to never knowingly breed them to another dog in such a way that may negatively affect the health or quality of life of the offspring, including but not limited to merle-to-merle breedings in which both dogs have a Sine Insertion length of 265bp or higher, breeding to a dog who has been diagnosed with Brucellosis, or breeding to a dog who has been diagnosed with a hereditary or genetic defect which may affect the health or quality of life of the dog or offspring.
8. Should the buyer have a qualm, complaint, or otherwise bad experience with the seller, then the buyer agrees to contact the seller and attempt to resolve the situation before making any public statements that could in any way affect the reputation of the seller.
